There is an up charge for custom size windows. The up charge is 25% of the price closest to the standard size. Also available are windows with grids and low-e glass which come with an added cost. Special orders can not be returned.

23V vertical slider windows with half screen and 23H horizontal slider windows with half screen - white (Note: we do not stock any of these windows):

Note: if you want the 23v or 23h windows in mil finish, deduct $5.00 from the cost of the white windows

All the 23V, 23H, 18V, and 18H series windows are considered a special order and can not be returned for any reason at all.

Elixir 200 Series Outswing Doors

The following prices are for doors with a width up to 34". For doors over 34" add $25.00 to the price of the doors below.

With a 10" x 10" diamond window
With a 18" x 20" vertical slider window with storm and screen stock.
With a 20" x 36" 9 ute window
With a fan light

Note: all doors are priced and shipped with a knob-knob lockset, safety chain, and a metal threshold.

We offer a variety of hwh screws sizes and putty tape for secure installation!
